Recommended TV Series (The Walking Dead)

Taken from a comic strip created by Robert Kirkman and illustrated by Tony Moore and Charlie Adlard, for now were presented 6 episodes from the first season ended recently.
The story talk about a cop who after finishing in a deep coma after a firefight, he wakes up in an apocalyptic future where the earth is invaded by the Wanderers or Zombie.
The main character played by Rick Grimes will do everything to find his family and fight to survive. 
I personally saw that the characters are well characterized, the direction and screenplay are worthy of note, places and landscapes are very detailed. All this is accompanied by a raw violence but never intrusive.
I recomend the vision of this interesting TV series that ended with many twists and is preparing for a great second season.
